The PTS Story

Pegasus Technology Services was founded in 2006 by its President, Jesse Roscoe, after many years of operating as a sole proprietor in Flagstaff, Arizona. Today PTS is a growing local Flagstaff business.

PTS was established to provide the best and most reliable information technology services, products, and support to Flagstaff and the Northern Arizona community.

PTS IT Teams

Every project is assigned an IT Team that includes a hands-on Systems Engineer and IT Technicians.

The Systems Engineer oversees and implements the engineering, solutions and management of each project.

Our IT Technicians have different interests, expertise and capabilities which are all needed for different complexities and phases of IT projects.

Generally, each Team Member has a specific role for a project, and all Team Members work together, helping each other when needed.

Early History

Jesse Roscoe, President of PTS, began working with computers at age five, and from the start had a natural understanding of this new technology.

In those early years, he zoomed ahead on his own, learning programming languages and operating systems. By the time he entered college, it was obvious that his career choice would center around modern information technology.

Jesse attended Coconino Community College and Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, and has gone on to become a Microsoft Certified Professional Systems Engineer. He is also Network+ and A+ Certified by CompTIA, the Computer Technology Industry Association.
