Pegasus Technology Services, Inc. was founded in 2007 by its current President, Jesse Roscoe, after many years of operating as a sole proprietor in Flagstaff, Arizona.  Today, Pegasus Technology is a family operated business with the addition of Sarah Roscoe, Jesse’s wife, and her accounting and office management experience.

Jesse began working with computers at age five, and from the start he had a natural understanding of this new technology.  In those early years, he zoomed ahead on his own, learning programming languages and operating systems.  By the time he hit college, it was obvious that his career choice would center around modern technology.

Jesse attended Coconino Community College and Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, and has gone on to become a Microsoft Certified Professional with nine years’ experience. He is also Network+ and A+ Certified by CompTIA, the Computer Technology Industry Association.

Sarah joins Pegasus Technology with ten years of small business and medical office systems, management and accounting experience.  She knows the ins and outs of making a business successful, including accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting, operating at top capacity through efficiency systems and procedures, honesty and integrity, friendly and responsive customer service.

Sarah comes on board with a diverse office management background, allowing her to see all angles of a company’s operations quickly.  She has the ability to change hats as needed for ultimate success, adjusting and revising her focus and the company’s focus if necessary. Sarah also acts as continuing support for your office staff, as needed, helping to maintain continuity and integrity of your business operations.
